HIS COMING

HIS COMING
by Harold Smith

I know when Jesus the Christ, Yeshua Ha Mashiach, will come.

Now, before you start thinking "this guy is whacko," hear me out. It is in the scripture and it is also in His Nature to reveal it to us. While it is true that "no man knows the hour" of His coming (Matthew 24:36), we are also told that when the tree puts forth leaves we can determine that "summer is nigh at hand" (Luke 21:29-31) and to be aware of such.

His Coming is appropriately addressed on the last page of the book - Revelation 22:17:

"And the Spirit and the bride say, 'Come!' And let him who hears say, 'Come!' ”

Christ will come when the Holy Spirit and the Bride of Christ, in unison, say "Come".

Christ is not coming today because, while the Spirit may be proclaiming it, the cry of most of the Bride today is not "Come." The cry heard from most of the Bride today is "Me" -- Heal Me, Provide for Me, Deliver Me, Prosper Me, Protect Me, Bless Me. In order to cry "Come", the Bride must first turn its focus off of "Me".

"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." (Rev. 3:20-22)

It is interesting that this passage is not directed to the unbeliever, as many have used it, but it is spoken to the churches - to His Bride. While it is true that He will eat with anyone who hears His Voice, as good as that may be, it is just the foundation - the beginning of our kingdom walk. It is only those who overcome in the same way that He overcame that will rule and reign with Him on His throne.

When you and I dine together, we learn of each other through our conversation. In like manner, to dine with Him means to come to know Him in a relationship setting as our Provider, our Healer, our Deliverer, etc. - a wonderful and needful experience. But, that is just stepping inside the door with Him, occupying a seat at the dinner table in one room of the house and having Him satisfy our needs. To sit on His throne, ruling and reigning with Him over the entire kingdom, is an entirely different dimension, a different attitude that requires of us to function in this world as He did.

What, then, does it mean to "overcome as He overcame?"

"Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God." (I Peter 4:1-2)

"And they overcame…by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death." (Rev. 12:11)

As long as we are pre-occupied with "Me", my needs, my wants, my desires (all to be used for God - right?) we will only be satisfying the flesh. To be an overcomer means to overcome "Me". It is to place my needs, my wants, my desires in subjection to Him so that I may concentrate on the wants, needs and desires of others. This is what it means to "lay down my life." (John 15:13)

"And he who overcomes, AND keeps My works (Matthew 25:31-46 ; Isaiah 58) until the end, to him I will give power over the nations—
He shall rule them with a rod of iron;
They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter’s vessels ---
as I also have received from My Father; and I will give him the morning star. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." (Rev. 2:26-29)

We who are the Bride are in training for that glorious hour when the Messiah comes to occupy His throne in Jerusalem and to rule and reign right here on earth, terra firma, for a thousand years. We who have overcome as He overcame will have the privilege of ruling and reigning with Him on His throne (again note, that dining with Him is not the same as ruling with Him). But our overcoming isn't going to just magically happen one day when He appears. If every other area of our spiritual growth is developed through the trials and tribulations we experience, wouldn't we also be developed in like manner in this arena as well? Overcoming begins with us, individually, being exercised today in resisting the temptation of the world and in laying down our lives among those we live and work around. This is our training ground, our preparation for that hour.

Most of the Bride today is pre-occupied with the elimination of rather than the embracing of the personal suffering they find in their lives. Embracing the suffering, as He did, allows us to move into a deeper and more fulfilling walk with God. As long as the Bride is focused on "Me", we will not be crying for Him to "Come." When He comes, in whatever manner He chooses, things will happen that will require us to die. If we have not been exercised in dying to ourselves in this hour, we will shrink from it in the next. Dying means to get beyond "Me." It is time to get beyond "Me." As long as we are not focused by He who lives within us to die to ourselves (I John 2:15-17), we will not be focused on His Coming.

There are those among His Bride who have captured this vision and are calling Him to "Come" today - who are (as He did) willingly laying down their lives for others today. He will have a glorious Bride, without spot and blemish. Of how many there are, only He knows. They are those who are ruling and reigning with Him over the flesh and the world in this hour and will be in the next.

"Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself." Phil.2:1-3

The choice before us today is: where do we want to be seated....
merely dining or occupying the throne?

Maranatha - even so, Lord, come.

THE DISPUTED TERRITORTIES

The Disputed Territories

Introduction

In 1967, Israel fought a desperate war of self-defense and despite dire odds, won. As a result, the Jewish State not only survived, it also came into possession of additional lands, including territory that is of vital importance to its security. The Six Day War and its consequences still affect the Middle East today. A clear understanding of how and why the territories came into Israel’s possession in 1967 and an awareness of Israel's connection to these areas are essential components of any fair and balanced discussion of their current status. This information has taken on particular importance in light of the current situation and Palestinian attempts to reduce a complex conflict to a single issue - Israel's presence in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The Palestinians and their supporters are attempting to promote their cause by channeling every event through the prism of the disputed territories. In doing so, they have succeeded in diverting the discussion away from the relevant facts, rewriting or ignoring history and reinventing international law to suit their aims. These facts must not be forgotten.

Facts

By focusing exclusively on "the occupation," Palestinian spokespersons are obscuring some of the basic facts of the conflict. They never mention why Israel's presence in the disputed territories began or the reasons for the continuation of the conflict, and ignore the historical and legal context of Israel's presence there. Following are four key issues that the Palestinians deliberately and consistently try to conceal:

Disputed, not "Occupied", Territory

The West Bank and Gaza Strip are disputed territories whose status can only be determined through negotiations. Occupied territories are territories captured in war from an established and recognized sovereign. As the West Bank and Gaza Strip were not under the legitimate and recognized sovereignty of any state prior to the Six Day War, they should not be considered occupied territories. The people of Israel have ancient ties to the territories, as well as a continuous centuries-old presence there. These areas were the cradle of Jewish civilization. Israel has rights in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, rights that the Palestinians deliberately disregard.

Legality of Israel's Presence in the Territories

Despite persistent claims by the Palestinians and their supporters, occupation is not, in and of itself, illegal. It does not violate international law. Rather, international law attempts to regulate situations of occupation through the application of pertinent international conventions and agreements. Therefore, political motivations lie behind the claim that Israel's presence in the territories is illegal. Israel's presence in the territories is not illegal. Israel's presence in the territories began in 1967 as a direct result of the aggressive actions of Israel's neighbors that forced Israel into a war of self-defense. UN Security Council Resolution 242, which was adopted following the Six Day War, places obligations on both sides (as does Resolution 338, adopted following the 1973 Yom Kippur War). 242 does not call for unilateral withdrawal from the territories. Despite this, the Palestinians focus exclusively on the call for an Israeli withdrawal, ignoring those clauses that place responsibilities on the other parties to the conflict. Resolution 242 does not require Israel to withdraw from all the territories gained as a result of the 1967 war, as the Arab regimes claim. Instead, the resolution deliberately restricts itself to calling for Israel's withdrawal "from territories" while recognizing the right to live within secure and recognized boundaries.

Terrorism Cannot be Justified

Incessant references by Palestinian spokespersons to "the occupation" are used to delegitimize not only Israel's presence in the territories, but also to justify terrorism. Terrorism - the intentional, politically motivated use of violence against civilians and other non-combatants - is clearly beyond the pale of international law. Suicide bombings are a crime against humanity, and no political goal can ever justify the use of terrorism. Palestinian terrorism preceded Israel's presence in the territories. Indeed, the PLO (the Palestinian Liberation Organization) was founded in 1964, three years before the 1967 Six Day War.

Israel's Pursuit of Peace

Israel's presence in the territories continued after 1967 as the Arab regimes refused to negotiate with Israel despite continuous and genuine Israeli offers of peace. For close to a quarter century, the Palestinians refused to abandon terrorism and conduct peaceful negotiations. Even after the Palestinians decided to join the peace process in the early 1990s, no permanent resolution of the dispute could be reached due to Palestinian terrorism and their unwillingness to reach reasonable compromises. Israel, as a democracy, has no desire to control the lives or future of the Palestinians. Israel - which has made extensive territorial concessions to the Palestinians since 1993 - has always been willing to make great sacrifices in the name of peace. The omission of historical facts allows the Palestinians to avoid responsibility for their role both in creating and perpetuating the situation in the territories. Distortions of international law are part and parcel of Palestinian attempts to delegitimize Israel while justifying the unjustifiable - terrorism.

Territories in Dispute

International Law and Occupation

Palestinian spokespersons and their supporters have expended great efforts to advance their claim that a state of occupation is - by definition - illegal. This ingenuous claim not only ignores international law, but also by its very repetition at every opportunity, attempts to create new international norms. The claim that any occupation - no matter the reasons for its establishment or its continued existence - is illegal is not consistent with the principles of international law. The international legal system does not outlaw occupation. Rather it uses international conventions and agreements to regulate such situations. Many states hold onto territory taken in a war - particularly a war of self-defense - until a peace treaty is negotiated. In fact, many situations of dispute exist today around the world in which one side continues to hold territory that another claims. A key difference in the situation regarding the West Bank and Gaza Strip is that Israel has attempted to negotiate a peaceful resolution to the status of these disputed territories ever since they came into Israel's possession. Claims of illegality are politically motivated as neither international law nor the agreements between Israel and the Palestinian Authority support this baseless allegation.

Jewish Ties to the Territories

Jews have lived in Judea-Samaria (the West Bank) and Gaza Strip continuously for 4000 years since Biblical times and throughout the centuries since then. Jewish sovereignty there spanned 1000 years and those areas were the cradle of Jewish civilization. Many of the most ancient and holy Jewish sites, including the Cave of the Patriarchs (the burial site of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob), are located in these areas. Jewish communities grew in Gaza during the 11th century and other areas, such as Hebron (where Jews lived until they were massacred in 1929), were inhabited by Jews throughout the four hundred years of Ottoman rule and much before. Additional Jewish communities flourished under the British Mandatory administration that replaced the Ottoman Empire in 1918. The Palestinians often contend that the Jews are foreign colonizers in territory to which they had no previous connection. Indeed, much of the Arab world considers all of Israel - and not just the disputed territories - as a foreign entity in the region. Such claims disregard the continuous ties of the Jewish people with their age-old homeland and the deep bond of the people of Israel to its land, both in biblical and later periods. These claims also serve to perpetuate the myth that a Palestinian state existed in the area prior to the establishment of the State of Israel. In fact, no independent Arab or Palestinian state ever existed in the area known as Palestine.

The Jordanian and Egyptian Occupations

The Jewish presence in the West Bank and Gaza Strip ended only with the 1948 War of Independence. Conquering these territories in a war of aggression aimed at destroying the nascent State of Israel, the Jordanians and Egyptians totally eliminated the Jewish presence in the West Bank and Gaza, forbidding Jews to live there and declaring the sale of land to Jews in those areas a capital offense. It is worth noting that Jordanian and Egyptian rule came about as the result of their illegal invasion of 1948, in open contempt and rejection of UN General Assembly Resolution 181, which would have partitioned the British Mandate territory into a Jewish State and an Arab State. For this reason, the Egyptian and Jordanian seizures of the territories were never recognized by the international community.

The Status of the Territories

The status of the West Bank and Gaza Strip can only be decided by agreement between the parties. During the 1990s, Israel and the Palestinians agreed that the final status of the West Bank and Gaza Strip is not yet resolved and should be decided in peaceful negotiations. Furthermore, the fact that there were no established sovereigns in the West Bank or Gaza Strip prior to the Six Day War means that the territories should not be viewed as "occupied" by Israel. When territory without an established sovereign comes into the possession of a state with a competing claim - particularly during a war of self-defense - that territory can be considered disputed. The fact that Israel fought a war of self-defense in the Six Day War in June 1967 was recognized by the world's democracies at the time. It was that defensive war against Arab aggression that resulted in Israel's taking control of the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Calls for Annihilation

Prior to the start of the Six Day War, a continuous flow of statements by Arab leaders and official media sources left no doubt as to their intentions - not only did the Arab states intend to attack Israel, they meant to destroy it. "We intend to open a general assault against Israel. This will be total war. Our basic aim will be to destroy Israel." (Egyptian President Gamel Abdel Nasser, 26 May 1967) "The sole method we shall apply against Israel is total war, which will result in the extermination of Zionist existence." (Egyptian Radio, "Voice of the Arabs", 18 May 1967) "I, as a military man, believe that the time has come to enter into a battle of annihilation." (Syrian Defense Minister Hafez al-Assad, 20 May 1967) "The existence of Israel is an error which must be rectified...Our goal is clear - to wipe Israel off the map." (Iraqi President Abdur Rahman Aref, 31 May 1967) The Arab threats to destroy Israel in the period preceding the war were made when Israel did not control the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

The Threat to Israel's Existence

Given the strength of the opposing armies and the physical size of the country in 1967, Israel had every reason to fear these threats. It was a small state, surrounded by heavily armed and hostile neighbors. In its pre-1967 boundaries, Israel was only 15 kilometers (9 miles) wide at some places. The armies of Israel's enemies in the West Bank and Gaza were stationed a mere 18 km. (11 miles) from Tel Aviv, 35 km. (21 miles) from Haifa, 11 km. (7 miles) from Ashkelon and only meters from Israeli neighborhoods in Jerusalem. These threats were not empty rhetoric. Hostile actions by Israel's neighbors left little doubt as to either the seriousness of their intent or their ability to carry out a massive assault on Israel. In the weeks before the war, a coalition of Arab states - including Egypt, Syria, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Iraq, Algeria and Kuwait - united against Israel. As Egyptian President Nasser said on 30 May 1967, "The armies of Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon are poised on the borders of Israel...to face the challenge, while standing behind us are the armies of Iraq, Algeria, Kuwait, Sudan and the whole Arab nation.... the critical hour has arrived." War frenzy was sweeping through the Arab world.

Egypt Tightens the Noose

On 15 May 1967, the Egyptians began to move large numbers of troops and armored vehicles into the Sinai Peninsula, ending a ten-year period during which the Sinai was free of hostile forces. While Egyptian troops massed along Israel's border in the south, the Syrian army prepared for war on the Golan Heights in the north. Nasser demanded that the UN Secretary-General withdraw UNEF - the United Nations Emergency Force peacekeepers - from the Sinai, where they had been stationed since 1956. Secretary-General U Thant complied with considerable haste, thus breaking an international promise to Israel. UNEF ceased to function on 19 May, removing the last barrier to the Egyptian war machine. The State of Israel was alone and encircled by armies whose leaders had vowed to bring about its annihilation.

Israel's Defensive Response

In response, Israel began to call up its reserve forces. Having only a small standing army, Israel had to rely on its reservists to repulse any attack. This mobilization of Israel's doctors and teachers, farmers and shopkeepers carried a heavy economic and social burden. Israelis began digging trenches in preparation for aerial attacks and shelling. Yet Israel's leaders chose to wait three long weeks before reacting militarily, in the hope that war could be avoided and a peaceful solution to the crisis could be found.

The Blockade

The situation continued to deteriorate sharply. On 22 May, Egypt blocked the Straits of Tiran, closing off Eilat, Israel's only Red Sea port, to Israeli ships and Israel-bound foreign vessels. Israel was now cut off from trade with Asia and East Africa. Most significantly, Israel was denied access to its main supplier of oil. President Nasser was fully aware that Israel would regard the closure as an act of aggression. This move violated the right of innocent maritime passage, in clear contradiction of international law. Traditionally, under international law, a blockade is considered an act of war. Moreover, Egypt's actions violated the 1957 declaration of 17 maritime powers at the UN, that stated that Israel had the right of transit through the Straits of Tiran, as well as the 1958 Convention on the Territorial Sea and Contiguous Zone. The blockade of the Straits of Tiran was a clear-cut act of aggression. No country can stand by while a major port has been arbitrarily and maliciously blockaded, in violation of international law, particularly when vital shipments - including oil - are at stake. Had Israel responded by attacking Egypt immediately after the imposition of the blockade, this measure could only have been regarded as a justified reaction to Egypt's act of war.

Israel Searches for a Diplomatic Solution...

However, despite the blockade, the daily diet of threats and the hostile military activity, Israel continued to wait. Israel's leadership wanted to exhaust every prospect for a diplomatic solution before reacting. Unfortunately, while there was a great deal of international sympathy for Israel's plight, there was little tangible assistance.

...But is Forced to Respond Militarily

Israel was left with few options. It had been surrounded by approximately 465,000 enemy troops, more than 2880 tanks and 810 aircraft. Given its small geographical size and the relative strength of the opposing armies, had Israel waited for the expected invasion to begin before acting, the results could have been catastrophic for its very survival. Invoking its inherent right of self-defense, a basic tenet of international law that is enshrined in Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, Israel launched a preemptive strike against Egypt on 5 June 1967.

Israel's Message of Peace

Israel had no desire to see the fighting spread to its eastern or northern fronts. Prime Minister Levi Eshkol sent out a message of peace to Israel's neighbors: "We shall not attack any country unless it opens war on us. Even now, when the mortars speak, we have not given up our quest for peace. We strive to repel all menace of terrorism and any danger of aggression to ensure our security and our legitimate rights."

Further Arab Aggression

The Syrians responded by bombardments with artillery fire and with long-range guns. In the east, Jordan was convinced by Egypt that the planes appearing on the radar screens were Egyptian aircraft on their way to attack Israel, and not Israeli planes returning from a strike on the Egyptian Air Force. On 5 June, Jordan began ground movements and shelling across the armistice lines, including in Jerusalem and on Israel's main airport near Tel Aviv. Despite the attack, Israel sent another message of peace, this time through representatives of the UN. Still, the Jordanian attack persisted. This may have been one of the most crucial decisions of the war. Had Jordan listened to Israel's messages of peace instead of Egypt's lies, the Hashemite Kingdom could have remained neutral in the conflict, and eastern Jerusalem and the West Bank would have remained in Jordan's possession. However, when the attack on western Jerusalem continued, Israel defended itself and united its capital, divided since 1949. The capture of the Old City of Jerusalem gave Jews access to their holiest sites for the first time in 19 years, while freedom of worship and access to holy sites were now guaranteed to all.

The Post-War Period and Resolution 242

Defensible Borders

On 10 June 1967, at the end of six days of fierce fighting in which 776 Israeli soldiers lost their lives, a cease-fire was reached. Previous cease-fire lines were now replaced by new ones - the West Bank of the Jordan River, the Gaza Strip, the Sinai Peninsula and a large part of the Golan Heights had come under Israel's control as a result of the war. Syria could no longer use the Golan Heights to launch artillery bombardments on Israeli homes below. The passage of ships to Israel through the Straits of Tiran was ensured. Israel now had defensible borders, and the imminent threat to its very existence was no longer.

Hopes for Peace

When the Six Day War ended, Israel is believed that a new era was beginning, one that would bring peace to the region. Hoping to translate military gains into a permanent peace, Israel sent out a clear message that it would exchange almost all the territory gained in the war for peace with its neighbors. Furthermore, Israel gave strong indications of its deep desire to negotiate a solution, including through territorial compromise, by deciding not to annex the West Bank or Gaza Strip. This is important evidence of Israel's intent given both the strategic depth these areas offered and the Jewish people's age-old ties to numerous religious and historical sites, especially in the West Bank.

Arab Rejectionism

But Israel's hope for peace was quickly dashed. The Arab states began to rearm and, at the August 1967 Arab League meeting in the Sudan, adopted as their political position "the three nos," principles by which the Arab states were to abide, namely, "no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, no negotiations with it." The Khartoum Summit's hard-line position forestalled all chances for peace for years. As Israel's then Foreign Minister Abba Eban said, "This is the first war in history which has ended with the victors suing for peace and the vanquished calling for unconditional surrender."

242: A Misrepresented Resolution

Since 1967, United Nations Security Council Resolution 242 has played a central role in the peace process. It may well be one of the most important UN resolutions regarding the conflict - however, it is also one of the most misrepresented. The Palestinians often depict the resolution as a simple document whose principal goal is a unilateral and complete Israeli withdrawal from the territories as a precondition for ending the conflict. In reality, the resolution is a balanced and measured instrument whose goal is "the fulfillment of Charter principles" by the "establishment of a just and lasting peace in the Middle East."

"Territories" vs. "The Territories"

As a rule, the Palestinians and their supporters misstate the resolution by claiming that 242 calls for Israel's withdrawal from "all" the territories, although this is neither the language used in the resolution nor the intent of its framers. Resolution 242 calls upon Israel to withdraw "from territories" occupied in the recent conflict", not "from all the territories" or even "from the territories". The use of the phrase "from territories" was deliberately chosen by the members of the Security Council after extensive study and months of consultations, this despite considerable pressure from the Arab States to include the word "all". As then US Ambassador Arthur Goldberg would explain in 1973, these notable omissions "were not accidental.... the resolution speaks of withdrawal from occupied territories without defining the extent of the withdrawal."

Secure Borders According to 242

It should be noted that Resolution 242 recognizes the need, indeed the right, for "secure and recognized boundaries." By declining to call upon Israel to withdraw to the pre-war lines, the Security Council recognized that the previous borders were indefensible, and that, at the very least, Israel would be justified in retaining those parts of the territories necessary to establish secure borders. As then UK Ambassador Lord Caradon would later state, "It would have been wrong to demand that Israel return to its positions of June 4, 1967, because those positions were undesirable and artificial."

Joint Obligations

The principal UN Security Council resolutions, including 242 (and 338, adopted after the 1973 Yom Kippur War), address all sides of the conflict, and not just Israel. Despite this, Palestinian spokespersons only refer to Israel's responsibilities under the resolution, ignoring joint responsibilities as well as obligations incumbent on the Arab side, although these clauses form an integral part of the resolution. Among the clauses of 242 clearly aimed at the Arab states, or expressing joint obligations, are: "a just and lasting peace in which every State in the area can live in security;" "termination of all claims or states of belligerency;" "respect and acknowledgement of the sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of every State in the area;" respect and acknowledgement of "their right to live in peace within secure and recognized boundaries free from threats or acts of force;" "freedom of navigation through international waterways in the area;" "guaranteeing the territorial inviolability and political independence of every State in the area, through measures including the establishment of demilitarized zones.”

Clearly Israel was not expected to withdraw without the Arab regimes fulfilling their obligations - principally to renounce the use of force and make peace with Israel - and Israel's withdrawal is certainly not a prerequisite to its fundamental right to live in peace. Additionally, Resolution 338 - which is invariably coupled with 242 - calls upon the parties to begin negotiations aimed at "establishing a just and durable peace in the Middle East". Taken together, these two resolutions express the Security Council's determination that peace should be reached through non-violent negotiations between the parties.

Terrorism and "the Occupation" Excuse

Palestinian Manipulation of the Term "Occupation"

"Whoever thinks that the intifada broke out because of the despised Sharon's visit to the al-Aqsa Mosque, is wrong.... This intifada was planned in advance, ever since President Arafat's return from the Camp David negotiations, where he turned the table upside down on President Clinton.” In March 2001, Imad al-Faluji PA Minister of Communications, spoke publicly in Lebanon about the premeditated nature of the violence.

Palestinian Terrorism - before 1967 and During the Peace Process in the mid-90's

The Palestinians are trying to portray the current wave of violence and terrorism as the spontaneous reaction of a frustrated people to the Israeli "occupation" of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. This misrepresentation of the situation ignores the strategic decision made by the Palestinian leadership to abandon negotiations and concentrate on the armed struggle against Israel. It also omits the fact that the Palestinians began to orchestrate the violence that started in September 2000 immediately after they caused the failure of the Camp David peace summit in July of that year.

The claim that "the occupation" caused the wave of violence and terrorism that began in September 2000 soon become the central Palestinian theme. The methodology of Palestinian spokespersons was simple: Answer every question with "the occupation is responsible," say "the occupation caused it" after every act terrorism. "Occupation" provided them with a simple buzzword that could be used to condemn Israel at every turn and to absolve the Palestinians of responsibility for their every action. But repeating a lie hundreds of times does not make it true.

Incessant Palestinian references to "the occupation" are aimed, in part, at delegitimization of Israel's presence in the territories. Palestinian calls to "end the occupation" are being used to mobilize the international community against Israel. Palestinian leaders have long believed that the application of international pressure on Israel is an important component of their strategy to defeat Israel. They believe they can force Israel, through terrorism, to leave the territories without ending the conflict and without achieving a negotiated peace.

The Palestinians Justify Terrorism

Most abhorrently, the Palestinians use "the occupation" as a justification for the unjustifiable - terrorism. No goal - including ending the so-called occupation - can ever excuse the deliberate slaughter of innocent civilians. Suicide bombings cannot become an acceptable means to induce political change. Targeting children cannot ever be justified.

Palestinian attempts to excuse terrorism by blaming it on "the occupation" are not only morally repugnant, they attempt to corrode the precept that suicide bombings are a crime against humanity. To accept the lie that "the occupation" caused the terrorism helps encourage terrorism itself, while condoning its use is not only immoral but contributes to the perpetuation of the conflict.

The Roots of Palestinian Terrorism

It is not Israel's presence in the territories that caused terrorism. Rather, the violence is fostered by the hatred of Israel, and nurtured by incessant incitement from Palestinian officials and religious leaders.

It should be remembered that Palestinian terrorism predates Israel's presence in the territories. Not only were there endless terrorist attacks on Israeli civilians during the two decades that preceded the Six Day War, they even occurred prior to the 1948 establishment of the State of Israel.

The claim that the 1967 "occupation" of the territories caused Palestinian terrorism is particularly specious coming from PLO members, as the Palestine Liberation Organization was created in 1964, three years before the Six Day War, when the West Bank and Gaza Strip were not under Israeli rule.

Terrorism vs. Efforts for Peace

History demonstrates that Palestinian terrorism is not caused by frustration or the absence of hope for a peaceful solution. Horrific waves of attacks have occurred during periods of major advances in the peace process. Terrorist strikes have often peaked during those times - such as the mid-1990s - when the process has been at its most active and thereby most likely to bring an end to the so-called "occupation." Claims that Israel's presence in the territories causes terrorism are misleading, as they ignore the history of terrorist attacks against Israel and the countless Israeli offers of peace that were rejected by the Palestinians.

The Palestinians Reject Peace at Camp David

In July 2000, the United States hosted a Middle East peace summit designed to address the remaining final-status issues of the Israeli-Palestinian peace process. Israel's willingness to make unprecedented compromises for peace was based on the conviction that only a negotiated settlement could resolve the conflict between the Israelis and the Palestinians. Unfortunately, the Palestinian leadership was not willing to end the conflict. Not only was it unwilling to compromise on any of the difficult and complicated issues, it was not prepared to present any reasonable proposals of its own.

International Criticism of the Palestinians

The Palestinian leadership came under international criticism for the failure of the Camp David summit, particularly after the US blamed the Palestinians directly. The international community could not comprehend the Palestinians' reasons for rejecting a most sweeping peace offer, that would have given the Palestinians virtually all that they had been ostensibly demanding.

Violence as a Strategy

After "analyzing the political positions following the Camp David summit, and in accordance with what brother Abu Amar [Arafat] said, it became clear to the Fatah movement that the next stage necessitates preparation for confrontation" Fatah Central Committee member Sakhr Habash told the PA daily newspaper Al-Hayat al-Jadida on 7 December 2000.

"The only way to impose our conditions is inevitably through our blood...the power of the intifada is our only weapon. We should not toss this weapon away until the Arab emergency summit is convened and until we gain international protection" Hassan al-Kashef, Director-General of the PA Ministry of Information, wrote in his Al-Ayyam column of 3 October 2000.

The Palestinian leadership realized that it must act in order to regain international support. The Palestinians adopted a strategy whereby violence would be the primary instrument to divert the world's attention away from Palestinian intransigence at Camp David and put pressure on Israel. The Palestinians hoped that the resulting bloodshed would restore their image as victims and bolster their calls for international intervention, leading to a unilateral Israeli withdrawal while the conflict continues.

A Fundamental Breach

The Palestinian decision to use violence contradicted two core commitments that they made prior to Oslo. Yasser Arafat broke his own pledge by which "the PLO renounces the use of terrorism and other acts of violence" and the PLO commits itself "to a peaceful resolution of the conflict between the two sides and declares that all outstanding issues relating to permanent status will be resolved through negotiations." These two core commitments, stipulated in Arafat's 9 September 1993 letter to the late Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, were the basis of Rabin's decision to sign the Oslo Accords.

September 9, 1993

Mr. Prime Minister,
The signing of the Declaration of Principles marks a new era in the history of the Middle East. In firm conviction thereof, I would like to confirm the following PLO commitments:
The PLO recognizes the right of the State of Israel to exist in peace and security.
The PLO accepts United Nations Security Council Resolutions 242 and 338.
The PLO commits itself to the Middle East peace process, and to a peaceful resolution of the conflict between the two sides and declares that all outstanding issues relating to permanent status will be resolved through negotiations.
The PLO considers that the signing of the Declaration of Principles constitutes a historic event, inaugurating a new epoch of peaceful coexistence, free from violence and all other acts which endanger peace and stability. Accordingly, the PLO renounces the use of terrorism and other acts of violence and will assume responsibility over all PLO elements and personnel in order to assure their compliance, prevent violations and discipline violators.
In view of the promise of a new era and the signing of the Declaration of Principles and based on Palestinian acceptance of Security Council Resolutions 242 and 338, the PLO affirms that those articles of the Palestinian Covenant which deny Israel's right to exist, and the provisions of the Covenant which are inconsistent with the commitments of this letter are now inoperative and no longer valid. Consequently, the PLO undertakes to submit to the Palestinian National Council for formal approval the necessary changes in regard to the Palestinian Covenant.

Sincerely,
Yasser Arafat
Chairman. The Palestine Liberation Organization

Yitzhak Rabin
Prime Minister of Israel

The Peace Process

The Palestinian Path of Violence

Since before the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948 and to this day, the Palestinians have refused to take advantage of the many opportunities to reach a negotiated resolution of the conflict. Instead, the Palestinian leadership chose the path of violence, rejecting Israel's every offer of peace. The Palestinians have never missed an opportunity to miss an opportunity, as the late Foreign Minister Abba Eban said.

The Road to Peace

The pattern of Israeli appeals for peace being met with Arab rejection and hostile actions continued unabated for more than a decade after the 1967 war. This was first broken in November 1977, when Egyptian President Anwar Sadat visited Jerusalem. The subsequent negotiations resulted in the Camp David Accords of September 1978 and the March 1979 peace treaty between Egypt and Israel. Israel pulled out of the entire Sinai Peninsula. The thirty-year-old state of war between the two countries ended and internationally recognized boundaries were established. It should be noted that every time Israel met an Arab leader, like President Sadat of Egypt and King Hussein of Jordan, who were ready to make peace and who spoke the language of peace to their own people, Israel made peace with them.

The Camp David Accords of 1978 contained a framework for establishing a comprehensive peace in the Middle East, including a detailed proposal for self-government for the Palestinians in the territories as a stipulated prelude to negotiations over the final status of the territories. Sadly, the Palestinians, supported by other Arab leaders, rejected this opportunity. This Palestinian intransigence persisted for some time despite the model of peaceful resolution represented by the Israeli-Egyptian treaty and despite the numerous initiatives put forward by Israel and others.

Only after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Gulf War and the subsequent changes in the international system and the Middle East did the Palestinians offer to abandon violence and negotiate peace with Israel. In 1991 - 43 years after the establishment of the State of Israel - the Palestinians finally agreed to join the peace process and participate in the 1991 Madrid Peace Conference and the 1993 Oslo Accords. Sadly, the Palestinian leadership has not lived up to its commitments to refrain from terror, destroy the terrorist infrastructure and end the incessant incitement to hatred and violence. On the contrary, the Palestinian Authority has aided, abetted and fomented terrorism. Forces directly accountable to Arafat have perpetrated countless acts of terrorism. Palestinian Authority-controlled media has incited the terrorism which has taken so many innocent lives and has greatly damaged the prospects for achieving a negotiated peace.

Israel's Willingness to Compromise

The disputed status of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, combined with the refusal of the Palestinians to sign peace agreements with Israel that would define the final borders, means that the precise status of the territories has yet to be determined. And in the negotiations to determine the future status of these disputed territories, Israel's legitimate claims, and not just the Palestinian positions, must be taken into account.

Despite the Jewish people's historic and religious connection to these territories, in order to achieve peace Israel has always been willing to compromise. Israel has no desire to rule over the Palestinians in the territories and Israel's yearning for peace is so strong that all Israeli governments have been willing to make major sacrifices to achieve this goal. Still, the ongoing terrorism has caused many Israelis to doubt whether the Palestinians are truly interested in peace and whether some of the concessions that Israel was prepared to make are still possible.

For negotiations to succeed, a responsible and moderate Palestinian leadership must emerge, one that has abandoned for all time the goal of destroying Israel and one that actively fights terrorism. Until that happens, Palestinian terrorism will continue to destroy innocent lives and Palestinian extremism will undermine the chance of peace for both Palestinians and Israelis.

Of course, we that embrace the God of Abraham believe that God made an everlasting covenant with this land and these people and we believe that Israel should never consider giving land for peace. The land is truly God's and He does not want it to be divided.

WHO IS THE KING OF GLORY?

WHO IS THIS KING OF GLORY?
by Harold Smith
"Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the LORD, And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
"This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face. Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah" Psalm 24
Today, there is a mixture of the pure with the impure within the Body of Christ. The only way we can know the difference is to not settle for anything less in our lives than the excellence of spirit He has offered to us from His life - to know Him in His Purity. To be pure we must become pure as HE IS PURE - as He exhibited that Purity.
Pure, Pureness, Purity comes from the Greek: hagnos meaning "pure from defilement - not contaminated" (from the same root as hagios, "holy"), signifies "unalloyed, pure;"
used of unmixed substances. Much of what is considered the "normal life" in what is called Christianity today - including the pentecostal, charismatic experience - does not line up with scripture. But, because "everybody does it that way", it is accepted. Jesus said that "…you make the word of God (and the power thereof) of none effect through your tradition which you have handed down. And many such things you do." (Mark 7:13, Matthew 15:6). This is why we see so many professing a form of godliness today, but devoid and empty of the power thereof (2 Tim. 3:5).
"Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their heart, and put the stumbling block of their iniquity before their face: should I be enquired of at all by them? Therefore speak unto them, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Every man of the house of Israel that sets up his idols in his heart, and puts the stumbling block of his iniquity before his face, and comes to the prophet; I the LORD will answer him that comes according to the multitude of his idols; That I may take the house of Israel in their own heart, because they are all estranged from me through their idols." (Ezekiel 14:3-5) When you place your hand closely in front of your face, there is a point where you can't see your fingers immediately before your eyes, but you can focus on an object across the room with clarity. What is interesting about this passage in Ezekiel is how the Lord says He will deal with those who refuse to remove those idols from before their face. He says He will continue to speak to them THROUGH those idols. The idols become filters through which what He is saying becomes skewered. Because His Voice can still be heard, however, it is assumed that our position is all right with Him, not realizing that by the time His Words reach the ears they are filtered - different than when they left His Mouth. While this phenomenon can occur with anyone, this particular Word was addressed to the elders, the spiritual leaders of the day.

There is a snake slithering through the Body of Christ today that subtly whispers to us that "if we are of God," then God will cause us to prosper financially. While it is true that He wants us to "prosper as our soul prospers," and, if it is of God, He will fund it; these words have been so skewered passing through the filters (idols) of greed and self-aggrandizement that their true meanings have been lost to all but those who refuse to settle for anything less than the purity of His Spirit. It is the most prominent spiritual leaders of our day that have embraced and propagated this heresy. It is because we have not taken the time to know God in Truth and in the Purity of who He is that we have been enticed by leadership with filters over their faces to become blinded by these idols.
"Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God." Matthew 5:8
The only place we can know Him is by what is chronicled in the scripture in the life he led as an example for us to follow. To find the truth of what that life is, we need to strip away everything that we think we know about Him, everything we have been taught, everything anyone has ever said about Him and just look at what is recorded in The Book. Consider a few of these examples:

Yeshua never tried to gather a following, in fact, most of the time He went and hid Himself until the multitude found Him out. He deliberately made Himself of "no reputation" (Phil. 2:7) - but yet, in the Garden when they came for Him, He said He had been in the temple daily, teaching and preaching. He went where the people were but never built an organization, never embraced an institution, never tried to structure what He was teaching or how it was taught.

It is written that Y'shua and the disciples carried a money pouch so there must have been donations - but yet, it is not recorded that He ever took up an offering - not once. In fact, He appointed Judas, someone the scripture says He knew from the beginning was a thief, to oversee what money there was. He sacrificed His personal welfare in favor of His brother because He knew that Judas needed to be put in a position to make some daily choices to refine his spirit.

Yeshua said with food and clothing be content (shelter isn't even in the mix - the Son of Man had nowhere to lay His head) - but yet, instead of living a life of poverty, He lacked for nothing. If He needed money, He reached into the mouth of a fish. If He needed transportation, He went down a road and was given a burro. If He was hungry, He fed not only Himself and the disciples, but time and again thousands and thousands of others with leftovers more than what they started with. And when He sent the disciples out (US - you and me), He instructed them to go in the same manner as He had lived before them (Luke 9:1-6). How have we gotten from this living example of what it means to walk in a place of supernatural prosperity to settle for multi-million dollar cathedrals and preachers and the leanness of spirit that results (Psalm 106:15), while members of the Body go hungry and are in need?

Words mean things. The word "prosper" comes from the Hebrew, "shalav", meaning "to be at rest". It has nothing to do with finances. To take the Lord's Name in vain has nothing to do with swearing - "vanity" means to use for selfish purposes. When we appropriate "things" in the Name of God for our own purposes, we are taking the Name of the Lord in vain.

Soon, there will come a shaking and now is, that will start with the household of God the likes of which have not been seen before that will cause everyone to face the compromises they have made with their lives, forcing them to either make new choices or to remain captured in blindness for all of eternity. Eloheim does not consider this a game - it is serious business with Him.
God will hold us all accountable for our sins (Eze.18:30); We should hold each other accountable (Luke.17:3,4);We are Accountable in what we believe(John. 3:17,18,19,God will examine our actions (2Cor.5:10); Armor for physical battles (1Sam. 17:38); Weapons cannot stop God's power ( Eze. 38:4); Spiritual armor prepares us for life (Ro.13:12);Righteousness is a spiritual weapon (2Cor.6:7);God's weapons conquerors Satan's strongholds (2Cor.10:4); Put on the Armor (Eph.6:11-18) Jesus Is the Highest Authority (Matt.28:18) ;Choose a postive attitude (Hab.3:17-19) Bad attitudes hurts our relationship with God (Gen.4:6,7); Bad attitudes leads to poor decisions (Num.14:1-4) ;God gives christian a new attitude (Hab.3:17-19) More Than Conquerors (Ro.8:37)Christians should always rejoice (Phil.4:4) i_amgodschild@yahoo.com.

JUDGMENT

King of Glory JUDGMENT
by Harold Smith

"And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters." Revelation 1:12-15

"And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters." Revelation 14:6-7

There is much being tossed around throughout the Body of Christ these days about how close we are to seeing God's Judgment upon the world and the end times we are living in. Every event, along with the actions of the principal parties involved in the planning and execution of that event are closely scrutinized and held up against scripture to see where on this timeline to the end we fall.

Angus Wootten (www.messianicisrael.com) reveals in his book, "Restoring Israel's Kingdom." that we are in the Jubilee Generation. He explains that the idea of "jubilee" comes from the Mosaic doctrine encountered in Leviticus 25:23-55 which holds that all things, creatures and land, do not belong to men but to Yahveh alone.

He goes on to say that. biblically, the year of Jubilee is celebrated every 50th year by the redemption of all land to its owner and the freedom of those in bondage. A generation is the period from a man's birth to the birth of his son. It can also refer collectively to the people who lived in a like period. Scripturally, a generation is generally considered to be forty years (i.e., in the wilderness all the men over twenty died within a forty year time frame). Y'shua came in the first Jubilee generation (the fiftieth generation from Noah, 6 BC to 34 AD - click here for a detailed explanation). His generation did not experience the ultimate jubilee but, He set the stage for that "acceptable year" when, at His return, He would assert His ownership of all the earth and its population. At that time, all creation would acknowledge His Lordship where every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that He and He alone is Lord!

The first generation after Y'shua began in 35 AD. If we count forward from this point, we see that the fiftieth generation from Y'shua (the second jubilee generation) began in 1996 AD.

And there are but 3 days.

"But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." II Peter 3:8.

"Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. After two days will he revive us: in the THIRD DAY he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth." Hosea 6:1-3

"And the evening and the morning were the THIRD DAY". Genesis 1:13

"For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the THIRD DAY." Mark 9:31.

Morning Today we are in the seventh year, soon to be eighth year, of the third day, 2007 - two thousand (two days) and seven; and we also live in the eleventh year of the fiftieth generation from Y'shua and the one-hundredth generation from the flood (the 2nd Jubilee Generation).

We truly are in "the acceptable year of the Lord." (Isaiah 61:1-3)

"But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you…. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingers not ….Spots [they are] and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deception while they feast with you…" 2 Peter 2:1-3, 13.

That we are at the end is certain. End-time prophets mesmerize us with their knowledge of scripture woven in such a way as to tantalize us into buying their books and products so we might know more about the intrigue surrounding these events. All the while, the truth about this season, this hour we are in, is made very clear in Acts 1:6-8 - NOBODY KNOWS but the Father, not even the Son (Mark 13:32) when and how these things are to take place. We might surmise, we might guess - but nobody really knows.

"The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!" (Matthew 13:41-43).

Everybody will be touched by fire. Y'shua is coming for a Pure Church, one without spot or wrinkle or blemish (Ephesians 5:25-27); one whose purity has been refined in the fire of affliction. Yes - if we are part of this Church, we WILL be baptized with FIRE (Matthew 3:11). For those of you who have already secured your seat on the "Rapture Rocket", this message is not for you. These words are for that remnant that choose to be among the chosen - those who do not accept deliverance from this hour that a greater resurrection might be obtained (Hebrews 11:35b-40); those who refuse to compromise Truth with conventionality; those who do not fear the fire (Revelation 21:8).

To these who have ears to hear this Word, be encouraged - for it is through you who have been sanctified and set apart for this hour that this Kingdom of Righteousness you carry within will shine forth into this earthly realm (Matthew 6:10). It is through you that judgment will illuminate the darkness of this final hour. Y'shua will be manifest in the earth through His Body - not one man but through many people made one through His Spirit that abides in them. They will be known, set apart and distinguished by the Love they have for one another; Love that refuses to be divided by doctrine; Love that blankets a multitude of sin; Love that seeks the welfare of a brother above the welfare of its own; Love that judges not, but judges all.

It is from this remnant that judgment is loosed upon the globe - a judgment that is not called down, but is lived out. It is become as the shining of righteousness through these vessels into the darkness of this earthly realm. Where two kingdoms converge, there will be turmoil. Be not focused on the turmoil, rather, be focused on this King who lives within and be determined to manifest His Glory in the sphere you are given to occupy.

"Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy."
I Peter 4:12-13.

HEARING HIS VOICE

A Still, Small Voice HEARING HIS VOICE
by Harold Smith

"My sheep know and recognize My Voice."
John 10:27

I was desperate. The circumstances I found myself in were overwhelming and demanded that I hear a clear and concise Word from the Lord. I had left everything behind to arrive at this place and, at the time, it seemed as though my very life depended on hearing God. The whole evolvement of events in my life had taken on an atmosphere of extraordinary surrealism.

The people I was involved with had proven themselves to be less than discreet with the information previously given them, so I had come to not trust in their counsel. I felt very alone and very isolated. I was desperate to hear God's direction. With no one to turn to, I went to my room, closed the door, sank to my knees and began to pray - determined that I was not going to leave that cubicle until I had heard from The One who had brought me to this place about what to do next. Little did I know that this was exactly the place where He wanted me to be.

After a couple of hours of praying all that I knew to pray and not getting anywhere, I picked up a Bible from off the nightstand next to my bed, opened it and began to read. It was then that I became aware of a still, small voice speaking from within me that said, "Put the book down and don't pick it up again until I tell you." Absolutely knowing that God would never tell me not to read the Bible, I began to rebuke the devil in all the ways that I had heard others do over the course of my short life among God's people. The voice persisted, however, and after repeatedly commanding the enemy to "be gone in the Name of Jesus" and it stayed, I started to think that maybe this was God after all. So, (remember, I was desperate to hear anything) I laid the Bible back on the nightstand.

Encouraged that something, anything was happening, I began praying out loud and interceding for those persecuting me (wanting to heap fiery coals on their heads). Once more, the same unction arose from within only this time it said, "Be quiet." Again, being absolutely convinced that the Lord would never give me a commandment not to pray, I started rebuking the enemy - louder this time - but, again, that still, small voice persisted when I got quiet enough to listen.

Finally, as I went back and forth wrestling with the thoughts in my head, I became aware that a scripture from Psalm 46, "Be still, and know that I am God;" was floating over and over in my mind. Quieting myself, it became obvious to me that the Holy Spirit was directing me to just be still before the Lord God Almighty. It was with much reverence and humbleness that I then began to comply, not saying or doing anything but merely sitting like a puppy before his owner, waiting on God to speak to me.

Two hours later, I woke up from a sound sleep not having heard anything and left my room very frustrated. But, I was desperate. So, the next day, I went back into my room and began the whole process over again. "Put the book down and don't pick it up again until I tell you," and "Be quiet" kept being repeated to me. After 15 or 20 minutes of complying with this solitude, I again fell asleep. Desperate circumstances call for desperate measures, however, and the situation I was in was driving me back into that room. I had taken some solace in the fact that, at least I was hearing something and slowly, over time, I noticed that two things were beginning to happen. The first was that, with each new day, the time before I fell asleep was getting longer and longer and the second was that I was beginning to become more engaged in a conversation, a communion if you will, with the Lord Jesus. This was not at all what I had expected. I was coming into an awareness that He was speaking to me about the things that concerned me, although, none of what He said was directed at the situation that drove me there in the first place.

He began to make me aware of what my response should be in adverse situations and began to expose the state of my heart, showing me that He has already given me all that I needed to overcome whatever obstacle life could put in my path (II Peter 1:3). So sweet had this communion become that, over time, I found that I was no longer being driven into my room as before. In fact, so rich was the experience, I found that I was actually looking forward with anticipation each day for the time apart when I could leave the worries of the outside world and shut myself away with My Beloved. I started to understand that when He spoke, it was not so much with a voice that I could hear, but it was more like the verse mentioned above in Psalm 46 - a "knowing". I just "knew" what Jesus was speaking to me. As I became familiar with that "knowing" and became obedient to the things He was telling me to do, I found the circumstances I was in began to take on less and less importance in light of the joy I was experiencing in just knowing Him. And I began to understand something I had never understood before - how Jesus could stay "all night in prayer" - when one day, as I looked out my window to see the sun rising, I realized that He, too, had not set out on an all-night marathon, but had just become so engaged in the moment with God that He looked up to remark, "Oh my, where has the time gone, it's dawn!" (Luke 6:12)

One day, about six months after He first told me to "put the book down", as I was in this place of communion with Him, a scripture started running through my mind, but I could not remember all of it - how it read, exactly. I reached over to the nightstand and found the verse in the Bible. As I was reading, it dawned on me what had happened and, in an instant, I realized what the scriptures were for: they are given to us to verify and to reinforce that what we are hearing is truly the Word of God.

Yes, there are many voices out there - believe me, I have heard many of them. What we can trust, however, is that Jesus said that He would give us someone who would "guide us into all truth" - the Holy Spirit (John 14:17). The scriptures state in I John 2:27 that I did not need any man to teach me, and again in John 14:25 that the Holy Spirit would teach me in all things, bringing to my remembrance all the things The Lord has spoken. In other words, if our heart is right toward Him, we can trust the Lord to teach us the truth and He gave the scriptures to validate that truth. If our heart is not right, we can trust Him to reveal that to us as well.

The woman I married could call me on the phone from anywhere in the world, speak one word and I would instantly know her voice. How did that happen? Because I spent a lot of time with that girl and my ear became trained to the sound of her voice. If we are to know and recognize the voice of Jesus, the same dynamic applies - we must spend a lot of time with Him, training our "spiritual ears" to hear Him. There is no substitute for that process. Jesus did it and if we are to walk as He did, then we must as well. But, when we do, then the verse in Proverbs will come alive to us and we will be able to discern Him speaking to us anywhere, anytime. You will hear His voice floating above the noise of the marketplace.

"Wisdom calls out in the street; she raises her voice in the public squares, she cries out above the commotion; she speaks at the entrance of the city gates:" Proverbs 1:20, 21 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)

I asked the Lord why He had never spoken like this to me before. His reply informed me that He is and has been speaking to me all the time. I just needed to stop and listen to His "still, small voice" (I Kings 19:12). Hearing God's voice is not restricted to just a few, but is available to all who call upon His Name and is the foundation of our relationship with Him. The New Jerusalem

The New Jerusalem
by Harold Smith
the New Jerusalem
"But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace." James 3:17

ABOVE - Greek: anothen (a-no-then) 1) from a higher place (infering spiritual dimension rather than direction) of things which come from God

Pure, Pureness, Purity: Greek: hagnos "pure from defilement, not contaminated" (from the same root as hagios, "holy"), signifies "unalloyed, pure;" used of unmixed substances.

Purity means different things to different people. For me, it is that excellence of spirit that Y'shua demonstrated in His walk among us here on earth - virtue. Many say that, because He is God, that walk is not something we humans can attain. I differ. The scripture tells us that He was born human, lived human and died human. It is because He lived in the flesh (John 1:14) among us, that a standard was set to inspire us to reach much higher than we thought we ever could. We are told to walk as He walked, to live as He lived.

So, if we have the same ability to reach to the same standard as Y'shua (Romans 8:29, John 14:12) - why don't we? It is because, thinking the most excellent to not be attainable, we settle for less than the highest. And what we settle for is usually the sensuous, the flamboyant, the mystical, or the mysterious ensconced in the edicts of men, thinking them to be of God, when scripture clearly indicates they are not (Matthew 15:1-20).

Today, there is a mixture of the pure with the impure within the Body of Christ. The only way we can know the difference is to not settle for anything less in our lives than the excellence of spirit He has offered to us from His Life - to know Him in His Purity. To be pure we must first become pure even as HE IS PURE - as He exhibited that Purity.

Uzzah "Again David gathered all the choice men of Israel, thirty thousand. And David arose and went with all the people who were with him from Baale Judah to bring up from there the ark of God, whose name is called by the Name, the LORD of Hosts, who dwells between the cherubim. So they set the ark of God on a new cart, and brought it out of the house of Abinadab, which was on the hill; and Uzzah and Ahio, the sons of Abinadab, drove the new cart. And they brought it out of the house of Abinadab, which was on the hill, accompanying the ark of God; and Ahio went before the ark. Then David and all the house of Israel played music before the LORD on all kinds of instruments of fir wood, on harps, on stringed instruments, on tambourines, on sistrums, and on cymbals. And when they came to Nachon’s threshing floor, Uzzah put out his hand to the ark of God and took hold of it, for the oxen stumbled. Then the anger of the LORD was aroused against Uzzah, and God struck him there for his error; and he died there by the ark of God." 2Samuel 6:1-7

Uzzah was not an evil person. He loved God. Uzzah was a man whose heart and soul was turned toward God. He wanted to see the ark back in its rightful place among God's People and was willing to take on a most difficult task to see that accomplished. Think about this - of the thirty thousand CHOICE men of Israel David gathered together, Uzzah and Ahio were the TWO from that assemblage chosen for the honor of caring for the Presence of God. They had to be considered men of esteem.

Was he well intentioned? Yes. Was he wanting to be helpful? Yes. Was he giving his all to what he thought was the right thing to do? Absolutely. Knowing the position he was in, he probably prayed all night in anticipation of his role in the next day's affairs, eagerly anticipating the dawn and all the promise it held. Yet, what happened? He placed his hands where they were not directed by the Lord to be.

the Voice of God This event was not about a man - it was about God. Whenever the impure comes in contact with the Pure, particularly in these last days, it is considered an obstacle to be removed. Increasingly, as that purity of Y'shua's Life becomes embraced and manifested by His Body, we will see that shaking become more intense until it breaks like the undetectable waves of a tsunami upon the shores of mankind. As in the days when the Father spoke over the Son, many only heard it as thunder and wondered if it was about to rain. So, today, will we see men of seeming stature taken suddenly, with no apparent reason - except to sober those of us who are left to fear the Lord for He alone is able to see into the innermost, hidden reaches of a man's spirit. Acts 5:11.

"…whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, 'Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.' Now this, 'Yet once more.' indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear." Heb 12:26-28

The "shaking" that is coming and now is that has been referenced from many quarters recently is the shaking out of the impure from the Church, His Body. He is coming for a bride that is pure - without spot, without blemish, without wrinkle, without shadow of darkness (Ephesians 5:27). Make no mistake - He will have such a bride. What He winked at in times past will be no more. This is an extraction that is often painful, not one that would elicit singing. To that remnant who have and are embracing His judgment in their lives to become pure and are ready to press in for more, there is a joy within for the reward that is set before them - but, when Y'shua went to the cross, He was not singing (Luke 9:23). Judgment begins at the household of God (1Peter 4:17; 1Corinthians 11:31, Matthew 21:44).

Most of us think of judgment as something to be avoided when, in reality, to judge - Greek diakrino (de-a-kre-no) - means, simply, "to decide". Psalm 19:9-11 says that the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether - they are to be desired more than gold for in the keeping of them there is great reward. That judgment includes our thoughts about how the things of God are to be accomplished in the circumstances we find ourselves in. If we are to be of that Bride He is coming for, then our decision is whether to embrace the purity of His judgment - or to be removed as an obstacle to that purity.

"Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God." 2Corinthians 7:1

This is the Way He showed us and commanded us to walk in even as He walked (1John 2:6). This is the Kingdom we carry within and are to manifest into this earthly realm (Matthew 6:10). This is the New Jerusalem. We are the Bride - that Holy City is you, if you will embrace all that He is in the purity of Who He is.

"I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming out of heaven from God,
prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband." (Revelation 21:2).

"Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: They shall prosper that love you." (Psalm 122:6)
(prosper - from the Hebrew, "shalav", meaning "to be at rest")

14 Oh, how generous and gracious our Lord was! He filled me with the faith and love that come from Christ Jesus.

15 This is a trustworthy saying, and everyone should accept it: “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners”—and I am the worst of them all. 16 But God had mercy on me so that Christ Jesus could use me as a prime example of his great patience with even the worst sinners. Then others will realize that they, too, can believe in him and receive eternal life. 17 All honor and glory to God forever and ever! He is the eternal King, the unseen one who never dies; he alone is God. Amen.

My Testimony

Hello Everyone; I thought that I would give this testimony of how things had taken place in my very own life. Some of things has been left out of it. Some of these things You could read between the Lines and to know it in your own heart just as if You had been there taking it all in as one would often time do in these simliar things hurts, habits, and all of those hang - ups as a next person that had gone through it as well themselves.I had often times felt that I had already gone onto as people often times say to whom ever living as if we had already have been in world world 3. I'm only saying this because of me growing as a very small baby I had a Foster Mother in whom I loved so very much for such as I was literally told by her momma from an infant that she wasn't my true Mother that I had a real mother with many siblings living with her and I'd had better get used to it in my life and as in some people very much they had done all the things that any ones own parent could do for them from infancy until almost an adolecent. From the time that I was an only child never did I realize what those truths were until my parents had told Me that I am a foster child that they loved so dearly but they didn't like the way that My real Mother was rasing me and she had kept Me to raised in her undivided "Love" beside being raised where she had loving manner with shown Me just where Her Accountability mattered in her home. Now in my "Real Mother's " home it was so much of a vast differences in her home, and having bad motives and none action that wasn't alot of "Inconsistencies" had gotton Me to where violence and wreckless parents within the family unit and couldn't be myself in that inviroment that for sure was very unstable for my own personal growth. I had thought that those was my parent until one day some cold hard fact and truths came creaping out of my momma. She was stern and I knew what she meant and what she said was gospel. But she loved me just the same for being my foster momma to me. I watched her go through so many trials and heartache in her life and she cried and had been hurt by a husband whom had left us to be with another woman and her already made family. My momma did all those things that a parent could and wanted to do as a mother. She worked and I went to school like any other young child. Of course I acted up badly when I had lived with my precious momma, but I was sort of a mean kid whom had done alot of things that I ought not and should not have done. But the one or perhaps many things about her just made me feel like it was always home to me even til the day she passed away. (Years earlier). She loved me and showed me how to do things in a home, like most momma's do she gave me spankings but it wasn't nothing like my real mother would do. They were so very different as day is to night. My thoughts just never left my momma. You know being with the very brutal side of my real parent will never be forgotton because in the home it was world war 3. It was horrible that at times It just speaks to all of those horable things that had happened to me while living in that place of such high frequencies of motives and in - actions that only a person like me had gone through in a persons own life, of the horrors that went in that place. I later in years found out the real reasons all of those mean actions of the way she was to me and ways she had done alot of things which makes a person like I was so bitterly confused, beaten, raped, and almost killed not only by my real mother but her husband too. I'll never forget what it done to my own soul is like living in hell with fire torching me all of the time, day and night was never a miss.Bu they cursed at me telling me that I was No good and I wasn't going to amount to anything and more cursing came at me like it rolled like a thunder storm in every breath they had taken and couldn't even ask why,I couldn't share my thoughts with them because sure enough I would get it again. They had their parties that lasted into the wee hours in the mornings every weekend with things in the home got broken simly because it would be broken up , fighting, cursing at each other, the windows of the car got broken by a brick being thrown from mother's hand because of those things he had done to her. I knew that I was in hot water again, just because she would run off from being mad at him. I hated those times because I knew what I was in for every time that would happen. Some of my own family member was just like him and did those simliar thing to me.Only 2 of my siblings made so many efforts for me to live with them but to No avil. Everytime I'd get something nice for those holidays it would get ripped into pieces while the other kids got to keep what they had. After a while I really didn't care about anything anymore! They taught me to be just like them and I lost myself ! I just didn't know me anymore. Her hubby used to call me out to his garage filled his brown "Dr. Peppers" glass with his favorite pop as I watched him pour his drink mixed with alcohol, i'm not going to say anything more about that horrible person in that kind of manner. A few of his own family members was just the same. Some of them as well did thing's in like manner for they are sibling that was older than I . I got so tired of those things and after awhile I was like being under a very heavy doeses of anesthesia that I never came out of from being in that place. Everything I had been taught was lost to never return in such a very ugly inside of myself had been ripped apart destroying anything of which I had known about me was gone and I ws No longer there! I left that place and right out in the streets and never looked back at that place again for many of years.I was someone like in Germany that has shared with me simliar virtures that had taken on in my own life from the very start of my street worth had been like in what my husband has shared with me about those brothels that's lined up for many a blocks. It's all I knew how to do and run with the seedy people whom was just like me and thugs, mobsters, thieves. I got caught up with people that most people didn't want to cross over if they wanted to stay alive for the most part, or if they owed a favor yet in turn it wasn't good either.Well drugs, alcohol, kept me up and down for most of those years. I had so many problems that it never gave me a clue. Emotions was high going from one place to another even with scooter people whom I'd hung out at all of those places. For the most part they helped me along my years, then I'd back away and find me another crowd to hang out with, it didn't matter how rich you might of been at the end of those nights I was a shallow of a person whom was there for a time at your expense. Oh, I've have had relationships and marriages even children came out of some. I never thought I'd stop in living like the way I was. It never entered my mind at all, nor would anyone would bring up in helping "self" to see something different in how to stop and detour my life.Oh at times I went back and had seen my momma and she always loved me just like it never ever stopped. I hid alot of things from her that never enterered in our conversations simply I didn't want her to know and thought that she would tell me to leave and never come back to her home again so I kept quiet about it at those times I had been visiting Mom,except to be a good girl.I had lost one child in what had happend in the way I lived my life and some of them from the x's and people whom had tons of money whom ruled the world with an iron fists and towns of which we lived. I couldn't fight it and I lost something that was so precious to me. It had me even tighter and I never knew what to do. But stick my thumb out and hit the trails onward I went back to the home town of which I was born and as it had taken a while while I had been on the road which was full of dangers into the next day . Some of the time that it was fun but today looking back it was the darkest days in my own life. All of those dark nights that was lit from 24 hours lasted more than hours but weeks at a time. I never never ever said that he ever was a person of a father figure to me but as a sperm donor for my mother[Real] is all he had been to me but my real mother life whom loved him and of course had more children between them. So that pretty much how it was back then for me. Until one night and being seperated once again, I had went to someones home and relaxed like I always did with people I knew very well. That night was just a peek of what terrible things that had taken place in my world. And this what some people likes to do to "young ladies or women"I was literally thrown into a car and they had taken me to an abandon house and beat the daylights out of me and raped me and tried to kill me that horrible night that lasted till early morning. For some reason I said a get me out of here prayers, I then saw something liked I'd never ever seen before in my entire life and I've never forgot it till this day. It was a figure liked I've never seen before but the funny part about it it was missing a face while it was there! Oh it white and hands like a real person has on one glossy set of hands and you could see right through it. And a golden crown . Now, that amazed me like never before! Then I saw this figure waving those hands to come this way but it stumped me because I didn't know where those men were in the house. I looked around to see where they were in that place. I wiped away the blood on my face so I could see some what better. As I looked again that person or thing was still waving at me to come unto them. I was frightened and didn't know what to expect! So I just got off that floor and headed out the window and that things or person that I had seen just felt like it guided me to where safety and as they led me then what I then seen was a huge drop to hit the ground. As I did my ankel twisted and I somehow got back straight and ran until I found some help in a apt. building and ran inside. I knocked on door and a another man came to the door and I at once covered myself up and passed out on the floor. Just as You already know where I woke up at and to see just the very fact I was ALIVE! I had lost the court case and to my suprise from what I had found out they did it again to someone much younger than me. That was 2 weeks later after the courts. I went into treatment and left that town simply because my hubby didn't like the fact that I been done by the other race. Man I was so bitterly angry at men so I had turn into a homosexual for a time and when I was in my stupor while drinking I had come to realize what the heck I was doing in a relationship with this woman and I went through tons of help back then and under a shrink for so many years, It was hard but I kept it up after it so I could do what was told to me so I could get better. I went through secular programs and I did so much better and even had a child come back to me, then another one which was a suprise. Even tried to always make things work and had all of those emotions sticking out so very badly. It got so bad that my old self came back to me and I literally stabbed someone . Oh, it finally hit me after one of my very heavy drunks that I really needed some help . I went cold turkey and got off those meds that nearly killed me during that time. Later I moved to another place and tried to do things a little differently. I had my scooter buddies that I had met but this time they we not like those in times past. They began to share me about a man called Jesus in which I had only heard about as a child and never believed! But they shared with me that whole weekend and I found a pastor in that town and began searching for more answers to all of my un - answered questions that they had helped me with in my life. They had a quaint little place which was half restaurant, and church. But I got saved in August 18, 1997. I had met someone and then married him as he had other people round him that I didn't know very well and he had this person move in with us and quite frankly really didn't want him there but between the two to my much suprise another person around whom had made drugs and was selling them I had found about when I saw neddles laying around in different places and I left at the pastors request and on my way out of town he nearly ran me over with his semi-truck in that pouring rain storm but than God and I made it to where I was going. I found my self heading to a hospital early the next morning at my best friends advice. She went to school and if I hadn't been home she knew where to come find me. As it turned out I had died and came back and I knew it was the Lord, My savior whom brought me back. There's more to this story that just blows my mind to this day simply because of that happeneing to me this very day. Oh, Yes I had to re-learn everything over again, just as if I was a very sm. child. I had some long talks with the Lord and cried many tears unto Him only to see for my self that those where trials from Him to see if I ment it or wanted to turn back to the old me.But I didn't thank You Jesus! I kept hanging on like i've never ever did in my life. Some of those people were not nice people at all, they was crude and very abnoxious in all those hateful words and cussing at me, walking all over me just as if I hadn't been standing still. But my precious Jesus and I kept praying and communicating with one another and I went to church and they helped me too. But the cold hard facts is Jesus Christ whom got me through it until this very day. I had sugery this year on memorial day weekend over the stuff that happened to me back then. But You know what ? He always told me that he would never ever forskake me.I know and truly believe it with all my heart today. He is still helping me to learn all the more about Him ... I'm so very thankful unto my precious Jesus for showing me His ways for me to live in and all my cares goes unto Him today.Every time I go though His fires of His many test. One more time he molding me more unto Him to be just as he in the likeness in doing my best in leaving more of me in this old very horrible nasty old world.I left my sins where it all needs to be in His glorious righteousness and it is where it absolutley stays for me and being in the one whom is the almighty God. Now I'm doing my best in Him in leaving old teaching of those religious people behind in still having our close relationship in Him together as I want it more and more in my life forever more til he takes us home to be in that new Jerusalem. I just don't like be a person in what God calls a "stiff necked person" which is incorruptable in front of him. I know that he's destroyed alot of the old me.I know that I still get mixed up at times but He's helping me through it all! Today I get tired so easily and have to rest when my body tells me too My mind often times acts like the "lost child". But that's ok because when I get up... I am with Jesus and helping others the best that I can, My husband and I have opened our home to people whom are in this world today. But after they get through asking questions about our faith, they stop right in those tracks and try to not do what they themselves need to do and try to much and be like the devil himself ! Then we share with each and every one that they need some help at first to get out of those damned up emotions, then try Jesus as they go through it all but they refuse all things and out the door they go. Then the next one apprears and it never has stopped here in our home. We keep sharing the word with them one after another. We too, live on a fixed income that don't help any at all except for the medical. food is very low here at our home, we go to the food pantries, and often times to one family member to have them give us a meal or two. But then we help people out in a church when I can help in sacking up food in bags, and clothing pantries as well. That's how our life is for us as we depend on our heavenly Father And He alway's takes care of us,He's shown us both different kinds of ways that only Him can do in taking care of us, we've seen how the Lord bring us money to pay these bills, and car, and food unto us and protects us through these storms that comes through out town. I can never say enough about our Jesus! At least not so much in words to Him Jesus Christ whom I love very deeply inside of myself and is my King, my Lover , whom rules and judges me when it comes to my own final curtain call for me to Bow down at His feet awaiting my own judgement just as everyone else in this earth it is where it's between he and I only. We truly trust Him[Jesus Christ & the Trinity] in every kind of conditions, situations, trials that comes our way in being in him.I'll lways grow as in time and seasons just like many of You but the potter's wheel as He is going forth in every side that brings up such strong reasons to produce all of my causes, issues, that comes before Himself to represents me in all of my ways as an intercessor for the release to come forth in His own "power & authority in taking me unto His own character daily in being in obedience unto Jesus Christ that continues to draw me until He comes for everyone at a moments notice. The idols are gone and all is left is JESUS today. That my sisters & brothers is the way it is here. I know I didn't mentioned alot of other things but in general You get the message, others that whom truly knows me daily know all of those missing parts of my life. i_a,godschild would like to Thank You for allow in this site, group sites, web sites and other prayer sites as well in holding one another up for prayer's being totally united in everyone around this world, it's about Jesus Christ first and prayers, intecessory prayer's and at other times about this vast world we live in today which this old world as we all know it is slowly departing to be reaching our home in glory and Not missing love ever again and may I alway's growing unto my precious Jesus Christ for He's my lawyer, judge unto this world ends. I will alway's praying and sharing with him in my own heart for everyone in my lif No matter where each of You are in this world that God has made as His people whom stands firm and true without a spot or a wringkle in heading to that one final place called: A New Jerusalem" The Prayer that I had used to bring me out of which I had been in for so very long in my own personal life and may it help anyone whom is out in this world that has come of those simliar things as I had done. Hello Everyone; I thought that I would give this testimony of how things had taken place in my very own life. Some of things has been left out of it. I had thought that those was my parent until one day some cold hard fact and truths came creaping out of my momma. She was stern and i knew what she meant and what she said was gospel. But she loved me just the same for being a foster momma to me. (Years later). She loved me and showed me how to do things in a home, like most momma's do she gave me spankings but it wasn't nothing like my real mother would do. They were so very different as day is to night. My thoughts just never left my momma. You know being with the very brutal side of my real parent will never be forgotton because in the home it was world war 3.It was horrible that at times I just speak of the horrors that went in that place.I later in years found out the real reasons all of those means and ways she had done alot of things which makes a person like I was so bitterly confused, beaten, raped, and almost killed not only by my real mother but her husband too. I'll never forget what it done to my own soul is like living in hell with fire torching me all of the time, day and night was never a miss. They had thier parties that lasted into the wee hours in the mornings every weekend I knew i was in hot water again, just because she would run off from being mad at him. I hated those times because I knew what I was in for every time that would happen. Some of my own family member was just like him and did those simliar thing to me.Only 2 of my siblings made so many efforts for me to live with them but to No avil.Everytime I'd get something nice for those holidays it would get ripped into pieces while the other kids got to keep what they had. After a while I really didn't care about anything anymore! They taught me to be just like them and I lost myself ! I just didn't know me anymore. Her hubby used to call me out to his garage filled with his favorite pop as I watched him pour his drink mixed with alcohol, i'm not going to say anything more about that horrible person in that kind of manner. A few of his own family members was just the same. Some of them as well did thing's in like manner for they are sibling that was older than I . I got so tired of those things and after awhile I was like being under a very heavy doeses of anesthesia that I never came out of from being in that place. Everything I had been taught was lost to never return in such a very ugly inside of myself had been ripped apart destroying anything of which I had known about me was gone and I No longer there! I left that place and right out in the streets and never looked back at that place again for many of years.I was someone like in Germanythat has shared with me simliar virtures that had taken on in my own life from the very start of my street worth had been likein what my husband has shared with me about those brothels that's lined up for many a blocks. It's all I knew how to do and run with the seedy people whom was just like me and thugs, mobsters. I got caught up with people that most people didn't want to cross over if they wanted to stay alive for the most part, or if they owed a favor yet in turn it wasn't good either.Well drugs, alcohol, kept me up and down for most of those years. I had so many problems that it never gave me a clue. Emotions was high going from one place to another even with scooter people whom hung out at all of those places. Some aof the time that it was fun but today looking back it was the darkes dayst in my own life. All of those dark nights that was lit from 24 hours lasted more than hours but weeks at a time. I never never ever said that he ever was a person of a father figure tp me but as a sperm donor is all he had been to me but my real mother life whom loved him and of course had more children between them. So that pretty much how it was back then for me. Until one night and being seperated once again, I had went to someone home and relaxed like I always did with people I knew very well. As I did my ankel twisted and I somehow got back straight and ran until I found some helpin a apt. building and ran inside. I went through tons of help back then and under a shrink for so many years, It was hard but I kept after it so I could do what was told to me so I could get better. But they shared with me that whole weekend and I found a pastor in that town and began searching for more. They had a quaint little place which was half resturant, and church. But I got saved that year of 1997. I had met someone and then married him as he had other people round him that I didn't know very well and he had this person move in with us and quite frankly really didn't want him there but between the two to my much suprise another person around whom had made drugs and was selling themI had found about when I saw Neddles laying around in different places and I left at the pastors request and on my way out of town he nearly ran me over with his semi-truck in that pouring rain storm but than God I made it to where I was going. I just don't like still be a person in what God calls a "stiff necked person" which is incorruptable in front of him. That's how our life is for us as we depend on our heavenly Father And He alway's takes care of us,He's shown us both different kinds of way that only Him can do in taking care of us, we've seen how the Lord bring us money to pay these bills, and car, and food unto us and protects us through these storms that comes through out town. I can never say enough about our Jesus! At least not so much in words as it is in tounges is where it's between he and I only. We truly trust Him[Jesus Christ & the Trinity] in every kind of conditions, situations, trials that comes our way in being in him.I'll lways grow as in time and seasons just like many of You but the potter hs His wheel as He is going forth in every side that brings up such strong reasons to produce all of my causes, issues, that comes before Himself to represents me in all of my ways as an intercessor for the release to come forth in His own "power & authority in taking me unto His own character daily in being in obedience unto Jesus Christ that continues to draw me until He comes for everyone at a moments notice. The idols are gone and all is left is JESUS today. That my sisters & brothers is the way it is here. I know I didn't mentioned alot of other things but in general You get the message, others that know me daily know all of those missing parts of my life. i_a,godschild would like to Thank You for allow in this site, group sites, web sites and other prayer sites as well in holding one another up for prayer's being totally united in everyone around this world, it's about Jesus Christ first and prayers, intecessory prayer's and at other times about this vast world we live in today which this old world as we all know it is slowly departing to be reaching our home in glory and Not missing love ever again and may I alway's growing unto my precious Jesus Christ for He's my lawyer, judge unto this world ends.
